Welcome to HeyTodos - a Gravity Forms and Todoist Add-on
Welcome to HeyTodos - Connect Gravity Forms and Todoist

Welcome to HeyTodos — the easiest way to connect your Gravity Forms submissions to your Todoist account.
With HeyTodos, you can automatically create Todoist tasks from form entries, keeping your projects organized and your workflows running smoothly. Whether you’re managing client intake, support requests, or content submissions, HeyTodos helps you turn form data into actionable tasks.

What You’ll Need
Before getting started, make sure you have:
A working WordPress installation.
An active Gravity Forms license.
A Todoist account [free (Personal), paid (Pro, Business), or Teams].
Why HeyTodos and DLX Plugins?
Developer Ronald Huereca is a seasoned Gravity Forms add-on developer, having contributed to two official Gravity Forms Add-ons (EmailOctopus and Google Analytics). He actively maintains an Event Tracking add-on on WordPress.org. His experience with Gravity Forms drove the need to create an easy-to-use add-on that feels native to the Gravity Forms interface.
Connecting to Todoist is made very simple — An intuitive setup wizard and custom HeyTodos Todoist App will guide you through setting up the connection to Todoist.
Use merge tags for dynamic projects, sections, and labels — Organize your Todoist workflow and set up dynamic project creation, section creation, and even dynamic labels. You can use Todoist as a dynamic task management system.
Use human-defined due dates — Use natural language to tell Todoist when you'd like a task to be due. For example, you can put down, "one week from Friday." This allows floating due dates.
Use conditions for when a task should be created — Use Gravity Forms’ conditional logic to decide when tasks are created.
Use Cases
HeyTodos is flexible enough to fit a variety of workflows. Some common examples include:
Intranet Forms Internal requests (e.g., IT, HR, facilities) can be automatically converted into actionable tasks in Todoist.
Support Forms Customer inquiries submitted through your website can be logged as tasks for your support team or yourself, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Use merge tags to create dynamic projects and sections based on dropdown choices.
Content Submission Forms Editorial or marketing teams can use Gravity Forms to collect content ideas or drafts, then send them directly into Todoist for review and scheduling.
Client Intake Forms New client details can be captured and pushed into Todoist projects, keeping onboarding organized. Using merge tags, projects can be created using a person's name, with tasks filed under it by using multiple feeds.
User Registration Forms Create a new intake task to onboard new users to your site, organizing them by project and section.
After Purchase Reminders Add a task for yourself a week after purchase to follow up with a new customer.
